There is no recovery in the way surgery has recovery. You may see small raised bumps at the injection sites for about 15 minutes, and some people get a pinpoint bruise that covers easily with makeup. You can drive yourself, go back to work and go out that night. We do ask you to stay upright and skip heavy exercise for about four hours.
Roughly 3 to 4 months for most people. It doesn't stop abruptly, it fades gradually, so movement returns a little at a time. Metabolism, muscle strength and how expressive you are all shift the number slightly.
